Το μοναδικό ταξίδι γευσιγνωσίας στο φινετσάτο και εκλεπτυσμένο κόσμο του φημισμένου γαλλικού οίκου Dammann Frères, άρχισε στις 3 Δεκεμβρίου και θα διαρκέσει μέχρι και τις 6 Ιανουαρίου 2019, κάθε απόγευμα από τις 3 έως τις 7.
Στην απόλυτα χριστουγεννιάτικη ατμόσφαιρα του Colors Café, με τη μαγευτική θέα προς την πισίνα και τη θάλασσα, εκπρόσωποι των ΜΜΕ, έμπειροι γευσιγνώστες, φίλοι και συνεργάτες του Four Seasons, έζησαν πρόσφατα μια συναρπαστική γευστική περιπλάνηση, απολαμβάνοντας τα υψηλής ποιότητας αυθεντικά χαρμάνια τσαγιού Dammann Frères.
Ειδικά εκπαιδευμένοι sommelier τσαγιού, μυήσαν τους προσκεκλημένους στην ιεροτελεστία του Afternoon Tea, με υπέροχα αποστάγματα και βότανα από τις εκλεκτές ποικιλίες του Dammann Frères, ενώ την απόλαυση συμπλήρωναν τα εξαιρετικά εδέσματα του Tea Tower που ετοίμασαν οι Pastry Chefs του Colors Café.
To πλούσιο μενού του Festive Afternoon Tea, περιλάμβανε χριστουγεννιάτικες προτάσεις όπως το Noël à Paris -μαύρο τσάι συνδυασμένο με γεύσεις κερασιού, αμυγδάλου και ginger, το Christmas Green Tea -πράσινο τσάι αρωματισμένο με αιθέριο έλαιο πορτοκαλιού, αρώματα βανίλιας και μπαχαρικών και φινιρισμένο με φλούδες πορτοκαλιού και κομμάτια μήλου, καθώς και το Rooibos de Noël με ginger bread, πικρό πορτοκάλι, γεύσεις μαύρου κερασιού και πιπερόκοκκους. Τα αρωματικά και εκλεπτυσμένα τσάγια συνοδεύονταν με μια ποικιλία από Finger Sandwiches, φρεσκοψημένα scones με κρέμα και μαρμελάδα, τάρτα με κόκκινα φρούτα, κέικ σοκολάτας με πραλίνα φουντουκιού, éclair γεμισμένο με κρέμα και φουντούκια και το παραδοσιακό κέικ φρούτων του Colors Café.

The Festive Afternoon Tea experience is back at Colors Café, Four Seasons, bringing a unique experience to this Christmas Season with exquisite tea flavors and gastronomic pleasures. Tea lovers will be able to enjoy the magic of Festive Afternoon Tea at Colors Café from the 3rd of December until the 6th of January 2019.
Four Seasons’ Colors Café hosted a unique tasting journey, allowing guests to wander in the world of exquisite and sophisticated tea blends of the renowned French tea brand Dammann Frères, giving the opportunity to those who attended to enjoy the full experience of Festive Afternoon Tea.
Media representatives, experienced tea lovers, friends and collaborators of Four Seasons were introduced by an expert tea sommelier to an afternoon tea ceremony and were introduced to the high quality original Dammann Frères tea blends.
In a stunning Christmas atmosphere at Colors Café, overlooking the breathtaking pool and sea views, guests also indulged in delicious Tea Tower themed dishes, prepared by Colors Café’s very own Pastry Chefs.
The luxury menu prepared exclusively for the Festive Afternoon Tea included Christmas suggestions of delicious tea blends such as Noël à Paris created from an indulgent blend of black teas with fruity cherry, almond, ginger and spiced bread flavors, Christmas Green Tea with orange essential oil and the aromas of vanilla and spice topped off with orange peels and apple pieces and Rooibos de Noël with gingerbread, bitter orange and black cherry flavors, livened up with pieces of ginger, cloves and pink peppercorns. Alongside, the menu’s featured exceptional culinary delights included finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones served with clotted cream and jam, red fruit tart, chocolate cake with hazelnut praline and the traditional Colors Café fruit cake.
